Project OneWay Incorporated

Columbia Based. Nationally Focused.

Where prosperity is birthed through access.

Project OneWay identifies and refines pathways to success for youth and organizations through exposure, mentorship, and honest conversation.

Our Mission

To identify and refine pathways to success by providing exposure, access to resources, and mentorship to achieve the most sustainable and impactful outcomes in the lives of youth.

Our Vision

Program outcomes that develop youth who are empowered and equipped to become their best selves, while giving back to the communities where they live and work.

From Ideation to Manifestation

Where We Started

Project OneWay was born from a $1,500 scholarship idea by a struggling college sophomore who kept keynoting other organizations' scholarship events. Formally created in Winter 2022 and later achieving 501(c)(3) status, the organization now delivers four core programs — Network Building & Navigation, Multi-Area Scholarship Support, Mentoring, and Employment Empowerment — alongside its 2023 launch of 'Bridging the Generational Gap in the Workplace.'
